Micro and Small Entities (MSEs) make up 99% of EU businesses and employ two-thirds of the workforce, but they lack the resources for structured diversity policies.

We work to make workplaces within micro and small entities (MSEs) safe and inclusive spaces.

1. Staff and management of Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs), as well as small non-profit associations.

2. VET providers (VET centres & professionals), (re)skilling institutions, and business associations, who will train the Area Ambassadors.

3. Individuals likely to face discrimination in the workplace, including those protected on the grounds of sex, racial or ethnic origin, religion or belief, disability, age, or sexual orientation, as well as other reasons such as intersectional discrimination.
